Operation of oil press:
During operation, check the motor load, feeding and cake discharging, oil and slag discharging, material storage of steamer, steam pressure, flow rate and lubrication points, and contact with other sections.
If the moisture content of the pressed billet is too low, the following phenomena may occur:
(a) The cake doesn’t break into tiles.
(b) The motor load is on the high side.
(c) The main oil outlet position moved to the cake end, the oil output decreased, and the oil color was dark brown.
If the above phenomenon lasts for a long time, a major accident may occur. It is necessary to quickly close the feed regulating valve, reduce the steam pressure of the interlayer of the steamer, add direct steam into the lower steamer, if necessary, add some green bodies into the hopper of the blanking barrel, and increase the water content of the discharge of the auxiliary steamer, and adjust it to normal after the load gradually decreases.
If the billet temperature is low and the moisture content is high, the following phenomena may occur:
(a) Sometimes it can not feed or feed less, because the feed and shaft rotate together.
(b) The cake is loose and soft, and there is a lot of water vapor on the surface of the cake. When the cake comes out of the mouth, it rotates with the screw shaft.
(c) The motor load is reduced.
(d) The oil output is reduced, the oil color is white and foaming, and the main oil output position moves to the feed end.
When the above situation occurs, the steam pressure of the interlayer of the steamer can be gradually increased, and the outlet water of the auxiliary steamer can be adjusted, so that the press can gradually return to normal.
