Ⅲ. Main structure and working characteristics

The machine mainly consists of: body, feeding device, magnetic separation device, transmission device, tooth roller, lubrication system, protective device and other parts. (see chart 1)

The body is the main body of the equipment, which is a frame structure welded by carbon steel plate and profiles, providing a reliable working platform for the normal operation of the equipment.
2.the feeding device is driven by the reducer and the feeding way of the toothed roller, so that the feeding is continuous, uniform and reliable.
3. the magnetic separation device adopts high strength permanent magnet to adsorb the iron products mixed in the material.
4.the blocking device adopts the control handle to adjust the opening size of the baffle door to determine the processing output.
5.the machine adopts dual motor drive and angle belt transmission. High speed rotation of tooth roll and large speed difference rotation of counter roll are the main features of the machine, which greatly improve the processing yield and efficiency.
6.The tooth roller is centrifugal casting, the working surface layer is cemented carbide layer, the thickness is not less than 25 mm, the strength is high, and the wear resistance is good. The roller body is selected to draw the tooth shape suitable for material breaking and stripping, and each pair of rollers is matched with a reasonable speed ratio, so that the output and efficiency of the machine are satisfactory. At the same time, because the upper and lower pairs of tooth rollers work continuously, the tooth shape is coarse and fine, which can make the upper and lower pairs of rollers always in light load state, effectively reduce the powder of material crushing, improve efficiency, reduce mechanical wear and machine vibration and noise.

The pitch of each pair of tooth rollers is adjustable. Because of the reasonable design of the adjusting mechanism, the operator can adjust the pitch by gently turning the nut with a wrench. In addition to easy operation and maintenance, the mechanism also has a tooth roller protection structure. In operation, when the tooth roller meets hard objects, it has a proper amount of concession function to avoid damage caused by hard impurities passing through the tooth roller.

In addition, the power between the rolls of the driving force is passed through the triangle belt and is equipped with a tightening device.

The upper part of the machine can also be provided with suction outlets. If the suction outlet is connected with the dust collecting air network, the dust inside the machine can be sucked away, so that the machine is in a negative pressure state when working, and the dust inside the machine can be prevented from rising out.
