Prif strwythur

Mae gan yr offer hwn y prif gydrannau canlynol: steamer, mecanwaith bwydo (mecanwaith bwydo'r wasg), cawell wasg a siafft sgriw (gan gynnwys mecanwaith graddnodi cacennau) a dyfais drosglwyddo.

1) Steamer Roaster:

Popty tair haen fertigol yw Popty'r offer hwn. Mae'n debyg i bopty roaster ategol fertigol. Mae wedi'i osod ar droed ategol y ffrâm. Mae ei drosglwyddiad yn cael ei yrru gan reducer annibynnol. Gall addasu tymheredd a lleithder cynnwys yr had olew cyn ei wasgu, fel y gellir cyrraedd y gofyniad gwasgu.

2) Mecanwaith bwydo:

Mae rhan weithredol y mecanwaith bwydo rhwng allfa'r popty a phen bwydo'r siafft gwasgu. Mae'n cynnwys siafft wasgu gyda llafnau troellog ar y pen isaf a casgen blancio. Wrth fewnfa'r gasgen blancio, mae giât rheoli cylchdro i reoli'r llif blancio. Mae hopiwr wedi'i osod o dan y giât, lle gellir arsylwi'r cyflwr blancio a gellir codi samplau o'r biled. Mae ei drosglwyddiad hefyd yn cael ei yrru gan leihäwr fertigol annibynnol

3) Gwasgwch cawell a siafft sgriw:

The press cage and screw shaft are the main working parts of the equipment. The billet pressed from the feeding mechanism continuously enters into the gap between the press cage and screw shaft (called “press chamber”). Due to the rotation of the screw shaft and the gradual reduction of the gap in the press chamber, the billet is under strong pressure. Most of the grease is pressed out and flows out through the gap of the press bar on the press cage

The screw of the screw pressing shaft is not continuous. Each screw pressing shaft has a conical surface. There is no screw pressing rib on it. Each screw pressing is disconnected (see Fig. 3). A “scraper” (see Fig. 4) is installed on the pressing cage. The teeth of the scraper are aligned with the conical surface and inserted into the disconnection of the screw pressing, which does not hinder the rotation of the screw pressing shaft, The continuous pressing process is completed. At the same time, the pressed billet is loosened, so that the oil path is smooth and the oil is easy to be discharged
