Turkmenistan possesses vast potentials for oilseed production, particularly cotton seeds and sesame. However, the extreme continental climate, characterized by intense summer heat, places significant stress on mechanical components of a standard oil press machine, requiring specialized cooling systems and heat-resistant alloys to maintain continuous operation.
Currently, many local processing plants rely on aging Soviet-era equipment. While functional, these systems lack the precision of a modern oil pressing machine, leading to higher residual oil in the cake and inefficient energy usage, which increases the cost of production per liter.
There is a growing shift toward localized production of high-value organic oils. This trend has increased the demand for the cold press oil machine, as health-conscious consumers in Ashgabat and beyond seek unrefined oils that preserve natural nutrients and antioxidants.
