Industrial Soy Bean Oil Press Machine
This equipment has the following main components: steamer, feeding mechanism (press feeding mechanism), press cage and screw shaft (including cake calibration mechanism) and transmission device.
1) Steamer Roaster:
The Cooker of this equipment is a vertical three layer cooker. It is similar to a vertical auxiliary roaster cooker. It is mounted on the supporting foot of the frame. Its transmission is driven by independent reducer. It can adjust the temperature and moisture content of the oilseed before pressing, so that can be reach to requirement of pressing.
2) Feeding mechanism:
The working part of the feeding mechanism is between the outlet of the cooker and the feeding end of the squeezing shaft. It is composed of a pressing shaft with spiral blades at the lower end and a blanking barrel. At the inlet of the blanking barrel, there is a rotary control gate to control the blanking flow. A hopper is installed under the gate, from which the blanking condition can be observed and the samples of the billet can be picked up. Its transmission is also driven by an independent vertical reducer
3)Press cage and screw shaft:
The press cage and screw shaft are the main working parts of the equipment. The billet pressed from the feeding mechanism continuously enters into the gap between the press cage and screw shaft (called “press chamber”). Due to the rotation of the screw shaft and the gradual reduction of the gap in the press chamber, the billet is under strong pressure. Most of the grease is pressed out and flows out through the gap of the press bar on the press cage
The screw of the screw pressing shaft is not continuous. Each screw pressing shaft has a conical surface. There is no screw pressing rib on it. Each screw pressing is disconnected (see Fig. 3). A “scraper” (see Fig. 4) is installed on the pressing cage. The teeth of the scraper are aligned with the conical surface and inserted into the disconnection of the screw pressing, which does not hinder the rotation of the screw pressing shaft, The continuous pressing process is completed. At the same time, the pressed billet is loosened, so that the oil path is smooth and the oil is easy to be discharged
